What's new
Disney has revealed several merchandise collections for the 2026 holiday season, focusing on apparel, home decor, and collectibles. The primary releases include the Mickey Mouse and Family Christmas Collection and the Mickey Mouse Family Christmas and Ornaments Collections.
Key items in these collections include:
* Apparel: Adult Spirit Jerseys featuring Mickey Mouse icons, holiday-themed T-shirts for all ages, and a Santa Mickey Loungefly crossbody bag with a matching coin purse.
* Sleepwear: Matching plaid sleep sets, nightshirts, and hooded one-piece pajamas for adults, kids, and babies. Many designs feature Mickey and Minnie in Santa hats with snowflakes and holly.
* Ornaments: New releases include plush ornaments of Darkwing Duck and Powerline, a Tinker Bell Mickey icon ball, and a "Disney Sugarplum Fairytale" assortment featuring a Beast nutcracker and Disney Princess cookies.
* Toys and Collectibles: The 2026 commemorative holiday plush feature Mickey and Minnie dressed as characters from *The Nutcracker*, with the year embroidered on the foot. Other items include a Lionel Christmas train set and a holiday-themed rubber duck set.
* Home Decor: A train-themed countdown calendar, character stockings with faux sherpa cuffs, a light-up Tinker Bell tree topper, and a reversible Fantasyland Castle tree skirt.
When and where
The first wave of the Mickey Mouse and Family Christmas Collection launched on DisneyStore.com on September 14, 2026. The second assortment, including the Ornaments Collection, was released on October 12, 2026.
While these items are currently available online, Disney confirms they are "coming soon to Disney Parks," including both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
What it means for your visit
If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World or Disneyland during the holiday season, these releases offer a preview of the souvenirs you will find in the parks.
Plan for matching photos: If your group intends to take photos in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle or Cinderella Castle in matching pajamas, purchasing them online now ensures you have the correct sizes before they potentially sell out at the resorts.
Check the dates: The 2026 dated plush are popular collectibles. If you want to commemorate your specific trip year, look for the embroidery on the left foot of the Mickey and Minnie plush.
Pack light for home decor: Larger items like the Lionel train set or the reversible tree skirt may be easier to order online and ship directly to your home rather than trying to transport them in luggage after a park visit.
