Welcome to this week’s Pixie Post wait time report. We are analyzing standby data from October 19 to October 25, 2026, to help you navigate your next park visit. Our records indicate a universal downward trend in wait times across both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort compared to the previous week.

Every park monitored showed a decrease in average waits, providing a more accessible environment for guests visiting during the latter half of October. Whether you are heading to the East or West Coast, the following data provides a breakdown of what to expect at the gates and which attractions are currently commanding the longest lines.

    Walt Disney World

In Florida, Hollywood Studios remains the park with the highest overall average wait time at 34 minutes, though this is a significant decrease from the 44-minute average recorded the week prior. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were the most accessible parks this week, with averages of 18 and 19 minutes respectively.

Saturday, October 24, proved to be the busiest day of the week for three out of the four Florida parks. Conversely, mid-week dates like Wednesday and Sunday offered the lowest averages for those looking to avoid the peak crowds.

    | Park | Avg wait this week | Previous week | Quietest day | Busiest day |

    | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |

    | Magic Kingdom | 18 min | 22 min | Sunday, Oct 25 (13 min) | Saturday, Oct 24 (24 min) |

    | EPCOT | 26 min | 33 min | Wednesday, Oct 21 (22 min) | Friday, Oct 23 (30 min) |

    | Hollywood Studios | 34 min | 44 min | Tuesday, Oct 20 (22 min) | Saturday, Oct 24 (41 min) |

    | Animal Kingdom | 19 min | 29 min | Wednesday, Oct 21 (13 min) | Saturday, Oct 24 (29 min) |

At Magic Kingdom, TRON Lightcycle / Run led the park with a 50-minute average. EPCOT saw Test Track reach a 62-minute average, the highest in that park. In Hollywood Studios, Slinky Dog Dash remained the top draw at 57 minutes, while Animal Kingdom’s Avatar Flight of Passage averaged 40 minutes.

    Disneyland Resort

Disneyland Resort also saw a cooling trend in wait times. Disneyland Park dropped to an 18-minute average, while Disney California Adventure fell to 23 minutes. Similar to the Florida parks, the mid-week window of Tuesday and Wednesday provided the shortest standby waits for California guests.

    | Park | Avg wait this week | Previous week | Quietest day | Busiest day |

    | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- | :--- |

    | Disneyland Park | 18 min | 23 min | Wednesday, Oct 21 (13 min) | Friday, Oct 23 (25 min) |

    | California Adventure | 23 min | 29 min | Tuesday, Oct 20 (17 min) | Saturday, Oct 24 (30 min) |

At Disneyland Park, Indiana Jones™ Adventure was the longest wait at 57 minutes, followed closely by Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at 51 minutes. Over at California Adventure, Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark recorded the highest average of the resort at 71 minutes, significantly outpacing the next highest attraction, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, which averaged 38 minutes.

    Planning tip from this week

Based on this week's data, guests should prioritize mid-week visits to maximize their time. Wednesday, October 21, was the quietest day for three different parks (EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Disneyland Park), with averages as low as 13 minutes. If you are visiting Disney California Adventure, be prepared for a significant wait at Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark; its 71-minute average is more than double the park's overall average of 23 minutes.

For those visiting Magic Kingdom, Sunday may be a better option than the typical mid-week strategy, as Sunday, October 25, was the quietest day for that park with a 13-minute average. Always check the latest conditions before you head out; you can find Live wait times on our main dashboard.
