Disneyland Resort has released the seasonal food guide for the 2026 holiday season. The celebration includes limited-time menus across Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, resort hotels, and Downtown Disney.
What's new
Several new food and beverage items are debuting this year. At Disneyland Park, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe is introducing a Holiday Matterhorn Macaroon, which is a coconut macaroon dipped in white chocolate and sprinkles. Carnation Café will offer a new Pomegranate-Jalapeño-Ginger Spritzer featuring vodka and jalapeño-ginger syrup.
Over at Disney California Adventure, new additions include a Holiday Leftover Burrito at Studio Catering Co. and a French Dip Grilled Cheese at Pym Test Kitchen.
Returning favorites will also be available, such as:
* Mickey Gingerbread: Soft gingerbread cookies (limited to five per person).
* Thanks-mas Sandwich: Turkey, stuffing, and gravy on sourdough at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe.
* Peppermint Holiday Sundae: Peppermint ice cream in a candy-topped waffle bowl at Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor.
* Chili Cone Queso: Served in a bread cone at Cozy Cone Motel 3.
When and where
The holiday food offerings are available from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027.
Specific locations at Disneyland Park include Carnation Café, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, and Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. At Disney California Adventure, the Disney Festival of Holidays will run concurrently, featuring a variety of marketplaces with seasonal selections.
Note that the Holiday Dinner Special at Carnation Café (New York medallions and mashed potatoes) has a shorter availability window, running from November 27 through January 6.
What it means for your visit
If you are planning to dine at table-service locations like Carnation Café, reservations are highly recommended as holiday crowds increase demand for sit-down meals.
For quick-service locations like Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe and Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor, visitors should use the mobile order feature in the Disneyland app to avoid long standby lines. Popular items, specifically the Mickey Gingerbread cookies, are subject to per-person transaction limits to manage high demand.
Visitors looking for the full Festival of Holidays experience should head to Disney California Adventure, where the event will offer a "diverse season of celebrations" through its dedicated food stalls and marketplaces.
