Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is preparing for its annual holiday transformation. Starting in early November, the lounge will feature seasonal decorations and a limited-time menu of themed food and beverages.
What’s new
Disney has introduced several new food items for the 2026 season. New savory options include Holiday Freight Rolls, which are egg rolls filled with pork, beef, and sweet potato served with cranberry sauce. Other new additions include the North Pole Catch—a seafood platter featuring smoked trout dip, salmon pinwheels, and shrimp cakes—and Oh Christmas Brie, which consists of fried Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and peppered bacon.
Returning favorites include the Wreath of Wellington and Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs.
The drink menu also features several new alcoholic and non-alcoholic options:
* Hangar Holly Jolly: A new non-alcoholic blend of apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime, and ginger ale.
* Cranberry Apple Compass Mule: A gin-based cocktail with apple cider and cranberry juice.
* Frosted Passage Martini: A white chocolate and vodka-based dessert cocktail.
* Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight: A new flight of three spiked hot chocolates featuring tequila, Frangelico, and coconut rum.
When and where
These seasonal offerings are located at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in The Landing section of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The holiday menu and decor will be available from November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027.
What it means for your visit
Because Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar does not typically accept dining reservations, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The holiday transformation is a popular draw for guests visiting Disney Springs, often resulting in longer wait times for a table, especially during evening hours and weekends.
If you want to experience the festive atmosphere without a long wait, consider visiting during the afternoon shortly after the bar opens. Since the menu includes several heavy appetizers like the short rib bites and steak Wellington, this location can serve as a substitute for a traditional meal for those looking to stay mobile while shopping at Disney Springs.
